Blueberry Banana Protein Pancakes
1 egg 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbs ground flax seed 1 ripened banana (mashed up!), ½ cup fresh blueberries
1/2 tbs vanilla almond milk
1.Blend all ingredients expect the blueberries together in a blender.
2.Fold in the blueberries to your pancake mixture. Save some blueberries to top the pancakes with when they are cooked.
3.Fry in a pan with a tiny bit of coconut oil. Then top with blueberries & banana!
Total protein content? Over 27g!
APPLE OATMEAL PANCAKES
6 white eggs, ¼ cup oatmeal, 1 TS unsweetened apple sauce, pinch of cinnamon, pinch of stevia, 1 cup of apple chopped finely, 1/4TS baking soda, cooking spray
1. After mixing together all the ingredients in a blender (except for the chopped apple), spray some pam (or other cooking spray), drop by spoonful onto the pan.2. When bubbles start to form, place evenly on pancake some of the diced apple.
3. Let them set in before flipping the pancake.4. Makes about 4-6 pancakes depending on the size.
